TIRAMISU'

Ingredients:

500 gr of mascarapone cheese
5 eggs
30-34 savoiardi biscuits
400ml of coffee brew
5 tablespoons of cocoa powder
2 tablespoon of sugar
150 ml of whipping cream

20 cm wide tray

Method:

Separate the eggs, add sugar to the yolks then whisk until creamy.
Mount the whipping cream and once is ready whisk it with mascarapone cheese, after add those to the beaten yorks .
Get your coffee ready in a bowl and start to deep the savoiardi on it and position them in a deep tray.
Once the full first line is done add some of the compost, repeat the process once more and finally cover the rest of the mix and sprinkle cocoa power using a seaf and if you have shave some dark chocolate on top!

PUMPINK SPICE LATTE

Ingredients:

1 cup of milk or soya milk
1 tablespoons of pumpink puree
1 teaspoon of sugar cane or honey
1 teaspoon pumpink pie spice
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Whipped cream.
1 espresso or brew coffee

Method:

Mix the milk, pumpink puree, sugar or honey and vanilla extract in a sauce pan  stir until the compost become  piping hot.
Make your favourite  coffee brew or espresso in a mug and poor the mix in add some whipping cream and sprinkle on top some pumpink pie spice.
And enjoy!!!

1/3 cup water
1 tea spoon of  sugar ( I prefer brown)
A  piece of fresh ginger (about 1 cm) peeled and thinly sliced
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1  espresso lungo
1 cup hot milk or soy milk
Gingerbread syrup
Whipped cream (optional)

Method:

In a small saucepan, combine the water, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and vanilla. Bring to a boil, stirring, until the sugar dissolves. Reduce heat and simmer slowly for 15 minutes.

Combine the espresso in a mug and add 1/4 cup of the gingerbread syrup. Top off with the heated milk. If you desire, garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of grated nutmeg. Happy coffee!!!

CAFFE' SHAKERATO WITH AMARETTO

Dose for one.

Ingredients:

1 Espresso lungo
1 Tea spoon of sugar
25 ml of amaretto
Whipping cream (optional)

Method:

Make an espresso and mix it with sugar until dissolve.

Once the coffee cooled down get the shaker ready  with about 8/9 ice cubes, then add the coffee and the amaretto, shake it for 30 seconds.

Open the shaker and pour the mix into the cocktail glass whitout the ice, add some whipping cream if you like and happy cocktail!!!
